Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Paytec Capital Limited ("Paytec", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data. Paytec Capital Limited is established in Guernsey and acts as the controller of the personal data it processes through this website and through investor correspondence. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 (the "DPL"), which is overseen by the Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA).
Who we are
Paytec Capital Limited, Suites 3A & 3B, Third Floor, Frances House, Sir William Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GX. For any privacy enquiry, to exercise your rights, or to reach our data protection contact, email investor-relations@paytec.global.
How we handle personal data
Under the DPL we must comply with seven data protection principles, which we apply to all personal data we process:
- Lawfulness, fairness and transparency. We process personal data lawfully and fairly, and we are clear about how we use it.
- Purpose limitation. We collect personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
- Minimisation. We collect only the personal data we actually need.
- Accuracy. We keep personal data accurate and, where necessary, up to date.
- Storage limitation. We keep personal data only for as long as we need it.
- Integrity and confidentiality. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep personal data secure.
- Accountability. We take responsibility for how we use personal data and can demonstrate our compliance.
Lawful bases for processing
We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases when we process personal data under the DPL:
- your consent;
- performance of a contract with you, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- compliance with a legal obligation;
- protection of your vital interests or those of another person;
- the performance of a task carried out in the public interest; or
- our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), where these are not overridden by your interests or rights.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data we collect
This website is a static information site for investors and does not host accounts or sign-up forms. We collect:
- Information you provide. When you contact us (for example by email), we collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and the contents of your correspondence.
- Technical information. When you visit, our hosting provider may log limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and available.
We do not knowingly collect special category data through this website.
International transfers
We may use service providers to help us operate this website and manage investor relations, and some of them may process personal data outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Guernsey is recognised by the European Commission and the United Kingdom as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where we transfer personal data to a jurisdiction that does not offer an equivalent level of protection, we put appropriate safeguards in place as required by the DPL.
Your rights
Under the DPL you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
- the right of access to the personal data we hold about you (a data subject access request);
- the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes;
- the right to object to processing carried out on grounds of public interest or legitimate interests;
- the right to object to processing for historical or scientific purposes;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- the right to erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances (the "right to be forgotten");
- the right to restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing; and
- the right to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at investor-relations@paytec.global.
